Cowboy & Cowgirl Festival – at Canterbury Village Saturday (9a-1p & 2p-6p) and Sunday (noon-4p)
This festival is a family celebration of cowboy, cowgirls, and the wild west. Stroll throughout the Village and enjoy live music, family activities, cowboy stunt shows, magician juggler performances, the medicine man show, mechanical bull rides, pony carousel, petting zoo, and much more. $10. $5 Parking. Canterbury Village Cupcake Crawl – The shops of the village will each feature a different homemade cupcake for you to sample as you stroll the village. Be sure to vote for your favorite at the end. $2 entry at the door (includes all cupcakes). $5 Parking is required at all events in addition to the admission fee unless otherwise noted. Canterbury Village Michigan Taco Fest – three dates, five stages of entertainment. Enjoy delicious creations from Michigan’s Top Taco Vendors, plus margaritas, sangria, and over 40 tequilas. Contests for hot pepper eating, taco eating, cutest chihuahua, and more. Live entertainment to include Lucha Libre Wrestling, Mariachi Bands, Salsa Lessons, DJs, etc. Kids can have fun with monster truck rides, mechanical bull riding, and a brand new Kids Zone.
