RARA Trunk or Treat – at Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA). Decorate your vehicle for a family friendly trunk or treat at RARA, rain or shine. Pass out candy (you supply) as trick or treaters travel around. Prizes for vehicles. Trunk or treating will be 7pm to 8pm. Cider and donuts will be provided towards the end for all attendees. RARA Milk & Cookies with Santa – Come to this special event and meet Santa! Take a picture with him as well as enjoy delicious milk and cookies. Take home holiday themed coloring pages and a holiday craft. Parents will receive a number at check in so that you can enjoy milk and cookies instead of waiting in line. Families will be emailed an exact time slot to meet Santa at. This is to try to avoid large crowds and long lines. Please remember, time slots are flexible. Valentine’s Day at Maybury Farm – Enjoy Valentine-themed activities, the animals, games, and more as the farm celebrates by opening for a special day in the winter. Celebrate with Bucky, Honey and all the animal friends at Maybury Farm. Admission is $7. For more info, visit www.mayburyfarm.org.
Hazel Park Healing Hearts Mom to Mom Sale – $3 admission. Sale is 10-2 for the general public and 9-3 for sellers. The cost is $5 from 10-11 and $3 thereafter. If you are looking to buy or sell new or gently used baby and children clothing, maternity clothing, toys, nursery furniture, books, bikes, and anything else that is baby, child, or maternity related, this event is for you. This is the perfect Spring cleaning option for those who are selling, and the perfect seasonal stock-up stop for those who are buying! This event is also handicap accessible and stroller friendly.
