Pontiac Youth Chief-Husky Football & Cheer Program Trunk or Treat – Jaycee Park at Walton Blvd & Joslyn Rd

Pontiac Halloween Harvest Fest – Enjoy a Bounce House, Games, Dancing and more. Food and candy will also be available. This is a FREE event. An evening of FUN for the entire family hosted by New Mt Moriah International Church. For more info, 248-332-3070.
Easter Hoops Basketball Game & Egg Hunt – Egg Hunt at 1:15p. Elementary Championship basketball game PLUS Easter Egg Hunt. Hunt starts at the PHS Football Field immediately following the game. The Easter Bunny will be present. Hosted by the City of Pontiac Recreation Department.
Sylvan Lake Easter Egg Hunt – To participate please donate a dozen plastic eggs and candy to Sylvan Lake City Hall by 4/6/23. There will be multiple hunts based on age groups. Get your child’s picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Hosted by Sylvan Lake Recreation.
Pontiac’s Annual Community Autism Event – This is a FREE event. Donations are accepted. The event will consist of over 15 different activity stations for the children to make, create and play however they’d like. The event will provide food and snacks, gift bags, raffles, bounce houses, face paintings, live performances etc. For more info, email joyallen22@gmail.com.
Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony.
