I’m tired of high fructose corn syrup. That gunk is everywhere! I avoid it at all costs. It was challenging to find a ketchup that did not have high fructose corn syrup or even corn syrup. Neither of these should be anywhere near a bottle of tomato ketchup.
I found a couple different ketchups, but they weren’t ideal and they weren’t cheap. But now, I’ve hit the jackpot! Meijer Naturals Ketchup! The only Meijer Naturals Ketchup ingredients in this ketchup are water, tomato paste, sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder, spice, and natural flavor – and it tastes great – exactly like the big name brands! There are no GMO’s, no artificial preservatives, and no high fructose corn syrup. I don’t think it’s organic, but at this point, I don’t care. I’m just happy it tastes great and the kids love it!
