Waterford Trick or Treat at the Market – at the Oakland County Market Farmers Market (248-858-5495). Children can trick or treat with market vendors, then purchase their own

pumpkin and visit the craft station for pumpkin carving and pumpkin painting. Costumes are welcome. This is a FREE event. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
