Clawson Adaptive Needs Summer Camps

Team GUTS Fun & Fitness Camp

Team GUTS is offering a summer day camp experience for children, teens and adults with special needs. Team GUTS Fun & Fitness Camp will feature a variety of fitness activities including athletic fitness training, sports skills, obstacle courses, martial arts, dance, daily nature walks and more. Additionally, nutritional activities where campers learn how to prepare tasty, health-conscious snacks to enjoy.
Team GUTS Michigan non-profit IRS qualified 501(c)(3) corporation which focuses on offering fitness programs, one-on-one training and a summer camp for children, teenagers and adults with special needs. Camps and classes take place at the Hunter Community Center in Clawson. Weekly summer camps begin in Mid-June and run through Mid-July. Registration for 2025 is open now. More Info

The Joanne and Ted Lindsay Foundation Autism Outreach Services (OUCARES) offers a variety of summer day camps for individuals on the autism spectrum ages 3 years old through adults. Oakland University’s highest priority in providing exemplary academic, athletic and social programs for youth is protecting the health, safety and welfare of all participants. To achieve this critically important goal, carefully screened and highly trained personnel enforce protocols designed to ensure safe conduct and supportive interaction between youth and program leaders. All camps are offered 9a-3p on Oakland University’s Campus and Oakland University West Center.
