Farmington Hills Safety & Crime Prevention Fair – This is a FREE event for the community that is focused on providing preventative information to parents, adults, teens and even kids. Topics being discussed include: Scams/identity theft prevention, safe sleeping practices for infants, medication vs. candy, firearms safety, medication take-back, and other important topics that would benefit the public. There will be a dedicated kids area where kids can color cut-out police cars and badges. Waterford Memorial Day Parade – Burke Lumber (Dixie Hwy and Sashabaw Rd, Waterford, MI).
The annual Memorial Day parade hosted by the Heart of the Lakes VFW post 1008. The parade runs on Dixie Hwy beginning at Sashabaw Rd traveling North to Williams Lake Rd.
