WCC Annual Fall Carnival – This year’s theme is “Tent or Treat”. It’s like “Trunk or Treat” with all the fun but minus the worries of the weather, it’s indoors in their on-site gymnasium. Waterford Central Cinema Movie Night – the monthly showing of a family-friendly movie, followed by a brief discussion around the themes of the film. White Lake Winter Carnival – WLCL – at White Lake Inn (248-887-1818). Hosted by the White Lake Citizens League Winter Carnival. The annual winter festival has fireworks, a broomball tournament, kids activities, and more. More info…schedule of events.

Indian Springs Metropark Earth Day Camp – Day camp for kids will cover the basics of reduce, reuse, recycle. Campers will learn to be more conscious visitors in the parks and in nature. Enjoy lots of fun projects and crafts. Please bring a lunch and wear clothes that can get messy. Ages 7+. $40 per person. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 248-625-7280. Troy Stage Nature Center Earth Day Celebration – 86 Plastic will give a short program to highlight that less than 5% of what we send to recycling is truly repurposed.
