Troy Stage Nature Center Earth Day Celebration – 86 Plastic will give a short program to highlight that less than 5% of what we send to recycling is truly repurposed. She will be presenting ways to replace common household (plastic) items for a more sustainable swap. Learn how to reduce waste, reuse what you have, and even save money. Pontiac’s Annual Community Autism Event – This is a FREE event. Donations are accepted. The event will consist of over 15 different activity stations for the children to make, create and play however they’d like. Pontiac Music in the Parks FREE Summer Concerts – The City of Pontiac is hosting a new concert at a different park on select Thursdays this summer.
These FREE concerts feature a tremendous variety of music at a plethora of Pontiac’s most beautiful parks. All concerts start at 6:30p. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks and enjoy the show(s)!
