Hazel Park Art Fair – Saturday from 11a-7p & Sunday from 11a-5p. Enjoy more than 100 artists and vendors of all mediums, live music, aerial performances from Shadow’s Circus & the D3 Circus Troupep, food vendors, beer tent, and more. This is a FREE event. Novi Fine Art Fair PLUS Novi Taco Fest – HOURS FOR ART FAIR – FRI 4p-8p, SAT 11a-8p, SUN noon-6p. HOURS FOR TACO FEST – FRI 4p-11p, SAT 11a-11p, SUN noon-8p. Shop for one-of-a-kind works of art from award winning artists. All kinds of artists will be selling their Jewelry, Pottery, Woodworking, Sculpture, Painting, and more. The Novi Taco Fest will also be included in this ticket. Enjoy authentic Mexican food, drink refreshing margaritas, music, Spanish dancing, Lucha Libre Wrestling and of course fantastic games and contests. $5 in advance and $10 at the door. Oakland County Parks Free Summer Concerts – Local musicians will be performing at a wide variety of parks throughout Oakland County through the summer and early fall. Grab a blanket and some lawn chairs and enjoy shows at some of the loveliest parks in Oakland County. Many musical styles and genres will be represented.

South Lyon Labor Day Bridge Walk – held by the South Lyon Area Recreation Authority in conjunction with other Walks around the state modeled after the LD Mackinac Bridge Walk.
This all-ages event will run along the Huron Valley Rail Trail and through downtown South Lyon MI. It’s is a 2.5 mile walk.
Novi Dogs Only Swim – Doggie Dive-In at Lakeshore Park Beach. Play around with your pooch in beautiful Walled Lake or on the shore of Lakeshore Beach. Must be a current member of the Novi Dog Park to participate. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the beach during this event. Price is $5 per dog. Pre-registration required.
