Clarkston Walk & Talk with Santa – at Bay Court Park. Enjoy a holiday lights nature trail, s’mores, and a meet & greet with Santa. Ages 0-12. Pre-registration required. Hosted by Independence Twp Parks & Rec.
Paradise Park Breakfast with Santa – Enjoy a pancake breakfast with Santa and laser tag with Santa. Bring your cameras, your wish list. Crafts, coloring, and special deals on Paradise Park indoor attractions included. Tickets are available at www.paradisepark.com.
Sloan Museum Galentine’s Party – 810-237-3450, sloanlongway.org. Pamper and spoil yourself and your besties with shopping, karaoke and more. All four museum galleries will be open to event attendees until 8p. A cash bar and the Coffee Beanery Cafe will also be open for food and beverage purchases during the event. Berkley Junior Women’s Club Mom2Mom Sale – This is a FREE event to attend. The Berkley Junior Women’s Club 2nd Annual Mom2Mom sale! Free admission and parking. Color Hunt Nature Scavenger Hunt – The nature scavenger hunt is for the little explorers out there, ages 3-6. Look at the colors of nature and “matching” the color chips to things we see on our outdoor adventure. Enjoy some books and songs about colors together. Cost: $3/person. Soggy Doggy at Deer Lake Beach – Bring your dog to the beach to swim, play, fetch, and socialize. This is a FREE event. Pre-registration is required along with record of rabies & DHLPP vaccinations. Downtown Milford 4th of July Parade – Downtown Milford. Due to road closures, this year’s event will take a new scenic route. The parade will begin at 11a on Cabinet Street and will proceed east on Commerce Street to Main Street. Then, will head south on Main Street to end at the entrance of Central Park. For the best parade view, set up a seat along the stretch of Commerce Street from Cabinet to Main Street. You can expect to see proud veterans, color guards, marching bands and more proudly make their way through the route while the community cheers them on. Berkley Street Art Fest in Downtown Berkley – The Berkley Street Art Fest will include the return of the Shop for Good Village, a live DJ, a fun hands-on KidZone complete with a bounce house, an interactive mural experience, and much more. FREE to attend. Hosted by BerkleyStreetArtFest.com.
