Mt Clemens New Years Eve Party – New Years Eve for Kids in Downtown Mt Clemens

MetroBarks Dog Walking Club at Indian Springs Metropark – Prepare to walk between one to three miles along our paved trail, with stops along the way for your pups to sniff, explore and rest. Dogs are required to remain on a 6-foot leash. Please be prepared to clean up your pet’s waste. If your dog is having a bad day or displaying aggressive behaviors, you may be asked to leave the program early. Ages 8+. $3 per child / $5 per adult. Advanced pre-registration required online or call 248-625-7280. A Metroparks daily or annual vehicle pass is required to enter any Metropark. You can purchase an annual pass HERE.

Wint Nature Center Puddle Jumper Series –  at Wint Nature Center at Independence Oaks County Park 248-625-6473. Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the great outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and related activity. Each child will receive a craft kit to take and make at home. This series meets the second Friday of each month. Cost: $4/child. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays to register. Downtown Mt Clemens Halloween Spooktacular – A Halloween party of FREE family fun and Downtown Trick or Treating in Downtown Mt Clemens. Hosted by Downtown Mt Clemens DDA.

RARA Pumpkin Roll – at Bloomer Park. Roll your old pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns down the big sled hill. Bring a wagon to haul your pumpkins to the sled hill. Targets will be setup at the bottom of the hill. If your pumpkin gets in the target or closest to the target, you will win a prize. Enjoy a bonfire and cider & donuts after the event.
