Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. Ortonville Movie in the Park – Brandon Twp Parks and Rec is hosting the annual Movie Night at the park. Enjoy a free outdoor summer movie in Ortonville in the evening. The fun starts at 7p with a variety of activities. Enjoy walking trails, playground, music, games on the sledding hill, s’mores, bouncehouses & inflatables, a petting zoo, and more. Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the day and evening. The movie will start at dusk (at around 9p). Be sure to bring your own chairs and blankets!

Lathrup Village Free Summer Concerts schedule. Lathrup Village hosts FREE concerts on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer at Municipal Park (located behind Lathrup Village City Hall.
All guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, and picnic meals are welcome. In the event of severe weather, concerts will be relocated to the community room at City Hall. Concerts start at 7p and run to 8:30p.
Red Run Golf Course Fireworks – Red Run Golf Course has their annual fireworks display annually on the 4th Thursday in June. This fireworks display is only for members of Red Run Golf Course. For more info, call 248-548-7500.
