South Lyon Daddy Daughter Dance – 3p-5p or 6p-8p (2 sessions to choose from). Open to non-residents. 70s Theme. The dance is broken down into two time slots; 3-5pm and 6-8pm. SLARA recommends that children 6 & under sign up for the first time slot. Children 7+ sign up for the 6-8pm time slot. This is only a recommendation, children 3+ are invited to both time slot. Seymour Lake Park Easter Bunny Bonanza – Join the Oxford Township Parks and Recreation Staff in welcoming the Easter Bunny with an Easter Egg Hunt and Ping-Pong Ball Drop. The event will begin with a traditional Easter Egg Hunt followed by the Ping-Pong Ball Drop. The bunny chopper will fly over and shower the kids with thousands of white Ping-Pong Balls. South Lyon Memorial Day Parade

South Lyon Memorial Day Parade – Organized by VFW Post 2502. The parade launches at 9a from Bartlett Elementary and makes its way down 10 Mile through downtown. The parade ends in the South Lyon Cemetery with a ceremony that commemorates the contributions and sacrifices of all veterans. Organized by South Lyon VFW Post 1224.
