Clawson Fall Festival – Clawson City Park. Celebrate the beginning of fall with an afternoon of fun! The day includes free hayrides, farm animals, inflatables, baked goods 4 sale, games and more. Clawson Halloween Trick or Treat Trail – Clawson City Park. Bring a flashlight and a bag for all the candy you’ll collect from local businesses and organizations along the trail. Christmas in Clawson Craft Show – Find special, one-of-a-kind gifts, from soaps and candles and quilts and jewelry to furniture and beyond, all hand-made by dozens of talented artists. All proceeds from this non-profit, volunteer-run charity event are proudly donated to Clawson, Michigan’s public school students, teachers, and families directly through our local PTOs and PTSAs. Stony Creek Metropark Kids Night at the Nature Center – Drop your kids off and enjoy your Friday night, kid-free. Your kids will have a blast as they meet the nature center animals, including our nocturnal opossum. They’ll get a chance to explore outside along a trail, looking for tracks in the moonlight, gazing at the growing moon, and listening for owl calls and coyote howls. Kids will warm up around our campfire and cook s’mores. Snacks will be provided. Ages 7-12. $10 per child. Pre-registration is required online or by calling 586-781-9113.
