Oakland County Fair takes place at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg.
During the 10-day Oakland County Fair, there will be a midway with carnival rides, fireworks, free concerts, monster trucks, a demolition derby and exhibits. Visitors can stroll through many barns to see horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, poultry, dogs, cats, rabbits and even newborn animals.

Wint Nature Center Puddle Jumper Series – at Wint Nature Center at Independence Oaks County Park 248-625-6473. Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the great outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and related activity. Each child will receive a craft kit to take and make at home. This series meets the second Friday of each month. Cost: $4/child. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays to register. Davisburg Community Fall Fest – Enjoy an exotic animal presentation, barrel rides, tractor show, bouncers, games, activities, and more. This is a FREE event. Food trucks will be available on-site for food to purchase. Hosted by Springview Community Church.
Davisburg Tricks! Treats! Trail! at Shiawassee Basin Preserve (12000 Davisburg Rd, Davisburg, MI)
Participants will “trick or treat” thru the happily haunted Shiawassee Basin Preserve Ballfield trail. Enjoy Kid’s Activities, Family Fun Games, Hayrides and more. Pre-registration required in advance online. Hosted by Springfield Twp Parks & Rec.
