Yoga in the Rock Garden

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Monster Mayhem Archery

Monster Mayhem Archery at Independence Oaks (248-625-0877, www.OaklandCountyParks.com)

Have fun shooting at 3D zombies and other monstrous targets during Monster Mayhem. General archery instruction will be provided. All equipment is included. Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim

Waterford Oaks Wave Pool Dog Swim – at Waterford Oaks County Park. All dogs owners must show valid Michigan dog license and proof of current vaccinations at the time of the event. Dogs swim by weight category. Three swims: Noon-12:50p – 70lbs plus, 1p-1:50p – 31lbs-69lbs, 2p-2:50p – 30lbs and under. Pre-registration cost is $10/dog and includes admission, contest entry, a gift for owner, and one 50-minute swim session. On-site registration is $15/dog if availability allows.
