Shelby Lions Club Carnival – Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights will
host the annual carnival put on by the Shelby Twp Lions Club this Spring. This event will be a fundraiser for the organization. This event will be held at Lakeside Mall.
The 11-day carnival has rides and food featured by North American Midway Entertainment.

Southfield Bike Safety Night
Southfield Bike Safety Night – the Family Fun & Bike Safety Night will be at Southfield Municipal Center Tennis Courts. Bring your bike
and navigate the Skills Course provided by the League of Michigan Bicyclists. Have your bike safety checked by experts. Hosted by Southfield Recreation.

National Mini-Golf Day at Cranbrook on the Green Mini Golf Course – Mother’s Day Event. Every year the
second Saturday in May is National Miniature Golf Day, and this year it falls on the same weekend as Mother’s Day. In honor of both holidays, Cranbrook is offering free admission to one special adult in your life on Saturday, May 11 and on Sunday May 12. To receive the complimentary ticket, please purchase all tickets for your group on-site. The last tickets will be sold 45 minutes before closing. Meadow Brook Garden Club
Meadow Brook Garden Club – (248-364-6200, meadowbrookhall.org). The Meadow Brook Garden Club also offers special programs that feature a guest speaker. These take place monthly at Meadow Brook Hall. Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date.
