Cranbrook Art Museum Juneteenth Free Admission
Cranbrook Art Museum Juneteenth Free Admission – In celebration of the Juneteenth holiday, Cranbrook Art Museum gallery admission will be free for all. Though the upper galleries will be closed for an exhibition changeover, visit the lower level for the permanent exhibitions, “Constellations and Affinities: Selections from the Cranbrook Collection” and “Building Cranbrook: Saarinen in Michigan.” You can also stop by the FIKA Café for a snack and engage in artmaking activities for all ages in the lounge. Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Family Day at Cranbrook – (cranbrookartmuseum.org) Explore hands-on, minds-on activities inspired by artwork inside and
