National Mini-Golf Day at Cranbrook on the Green Mini Golf Course – Mother’s Day Event. Every year the

second Saturday in May is National Miniature Golf Day, and this year it falls on the same weekend as Mother’s Day. In honor of both holidays, Cranbrook is offering free admission to one special adult in your life on Saturday, May 11 and on Sunday May 12. To receive the complimentary ticket, please purchase all tickets for your group on-site. The last tickets will be sold 45 minutes before closing. Admission to the Art Museum is free with mini-golf admission. Enjoy making in the Art Lab, visit the Graduate Degree Exhibition or enjoy a snack and a latte at our FIKA Café. ceremony starting at 9a Hazel Park Jr High School. Route goes to the Hazel Park Community Center near Green Acres Park. Hosted by the City of Hazel Park.

Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade

Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade – 11a (lineup) / Parade at 11:30a at Sylvan Lake City Hall and Memorial Park.
The Parade will begin at 11:30a at City Hall and end at Memorial Park with a brief ceremony. Kids are welcome to decorate their bikes and participate in the parade. Veterans that wish to participate are asked to contact Jim Smith at 248-904-9085 to be recognized at Memorial Park ceremony. Kids can begin decorating their bikes for the bike parade (with supplies provided) at City Hall at 10:30a. If you would like to volunteer at the parade / ceremony please contact sylvanlakeparade@gmail.com.
