Mt Clemens Fireworks

Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool

Dog Day at the Oak Park Pool (248-691-7555) – Each registered dog receives a gift and a 55 minute dog-only swim session. Different 55 minute blocks of time per weight of dog. The owners must provide proof of current vaccinations and a dog license before the dog is allowed entry. All dogs must be at least four months old. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave without refund. Register your dog and learn about cost info at 248-691-7555 and indicate your dog’s weight (under 30 lbs, 30-69 lbs, or 70 lbs plus). Hosted by Oak Park Recreation.
