Santa Visits at Stage Nature Center
Santa Visits at Stage Nature Center is Hosted by the Troy Nature Society. Visit times vary. The visits will take place outside, weather permitting. Bring your letter with a return address for Santa to take with him to the North Pole. Santa will send a letter back to you. At the visit, each child will receive the materials and directions for a special craft to make at home and a special gift bag from Santa. Ages 3-8. $12. Lions Game Viewing at Emagine
Lions Game Viewing at Emagine – Watch the Detroit Lions take on the LA Rams on the big screen at participating Emagine Theatres. Royal Oak, Novi, Canton, Saline, and Rochester Hills Emagine Theatres are giving fans the opportunity to watch the game on the BIG screen for FREE. Seating is limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are free but can only be picked up at participating Emagine Theatre box office locations beginning at 5p on January 14. Group tickets are available for up to 8 guests, unless all guests in your party are present at the time of pickup. Each participating theatre location will be hosting giveaways during half-time. All attendees will be eligible to win. Participating Emagine Theaters will be offering game day concession specials.
UPDATE 1/10/24 – Per Emagine Theatre – ” Due to overwhelming high demand, tickets are now available at all participating box office locations for this Sunday’s game. Two new Emagine Theatre locations have also been added to the list of participating theatres showing the game. When available, Emagine plans to open additional auditoriums to accommodate the demand of fans. “

Take a guided tour through the sugar bush of the Stage Nature Center to discover how maple trees make sugar and how people have harvested it through the ages. This family-friendly program highlights natural and local history of our region. Tour includes a visit to the sugar shed to see a wood-stoked evaporator in action and activities to learn more about syrup making. Everyone will sample maple treats and children will have an opportunity to make a simple craft. Shop for Michigan-made maple syrup, cream, candy and more. Tours every 15 minutes.
