Yoga in the Rock Garden
Yoga in the Rock Garden – (8:40a registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.

FREE Science Center Traveling Science Kickoff Event at Michigan Science Center. The annual free event
takes place outside of Mi-Sci’s main entrance featuring live science demonstrations and hands-on activities. The first 250 people to arrive will receive free admission inside of Mi-Sci for a special day which includes Traveling Science activities. Registration required. Pre-register here.
