Ladies Night Out Lake Orion 2021 – Enjoy shopping, dining, raffles, extended hours, and special deals throughout Downtown Lake Orion as part of the Lake Orion DDA’s Ladies Night Out Social District events held the last Thursday of each month. Ladies Night is held in collaboration with Social District Nights held every Thursday.

Waterford Oaks County Park FREE Platform Tennis Open House – Waterford Oaks County Park Near Paradise Peninsula Playscape. This free clinic is a opportunity to test drive the sport of platform tennis. Extra equipment available on site for first time players or those who do not have their own paddles or paddle balls. Instruction from Waterford Paddle Club. Dress for the weather. Tennis shoes required for the courts. No membership required for clinic. No pre-registration or previous experience needed. Meet Lake Orion and Oxford area providers, ask questions, and gather information at this special open house. Receive a checklist with tips on what to look for in preschool or childcare, along with information on the programs that each facility has scheduled throughout the year.

Snowball Painting – Using snowballs as paintbrushes, so bring your gloves or mittens (maybe more than one pair). Create some beautiful, messy, abstract art. This program is suitable for all ages. Red Oaks Nature Center Maple Magic – Maple syrup is an icon of our region. Learn to identify maple trees, take a hike to tap a tree and taste the sap. We will teach you the tools, tips and methods needed to make your own batch of maple syrup at home. Taste some sweet maple treats and take home maple-based recipes.
