Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM. Holly Free Summer Concerts – Crapo Park in Downtown Holly will host FREE concerts one Thursday a month throughout the summer. These events will be held by the Holly Area Chamber of Commerce and feature local musicians.
