9:30p is Kids Night Out at Troy Gym. a great opportunity for parents to have a night off while their children burn off some energy at the gym. Pack a snack or small dollars/quarters for snack time. Space is limited, pre-enroll is preferred. $20 per child. More info at troygym.com.
Rochester Hills Fireworks
Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM. Highland’s Red White & Blues Fireworks Festival – event hours are from 5p-11p/fireworks at dusk at Old Highland Middle School Location (N John St and M-59. Oakland County Fair
Oakland County Fair takes place at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg.
During the 10-day Oakland County Fair, there will be a midway with carnival rides, fireworks, free concerts, monster trucks, a demolition derby and exhibits. Visitors can stroll through many barns to see horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, poultry, dogs, cats, rabbits and even newborn animals.

Oakland County Fair Fireworks at dusk at Springfield Oaks County Park. Oakland County Parks hosts fireworks at the Oakland County Fair following an 8p Figure 8 Race at the Fair’s grandstand.
