Skull Island Camp Open House at Skull Island Camp (248-789-2223, www.skullislandcamp.com). Tour Skull Island, meet the

staff, and preview Skull Island camps at this fun event. Kids can try out the zip lines, fish, climb on the climbing walls & pirate ships, and more. Pontoon Boat ride shuttles run all day to and from the camp. Check out Skull Island for FREE.

Yoga in the Rock Garden – (5:40p registration) Experience a beautiful practice with Yoga in the Rock Garden at Meadow Brook. All levels are welcome to join these sessions, which will focus on stretching and strengthening the body to release stress and rejuvenate. The goal of yoga is simple: breathe and enjoy the moment, then the rest will follow. In cases of inclement weather, participants will be notified of any cancellations by 4p on event date. Ticket holders for sessions cancelled by Meadow Brook Hall in the case of inclement weather will receive a full refund. $15. More Info / Book tickets.

Mt Clemens Fireworks

Mt Clemens Fireworks at Clinton Riverfront Park. The Independence Day Celebration fireworks will be launched at Dusk (approximately 10p) following a concert. Prime viewing is located throughout Downtown Mount Clemens near the Clinton River waterfront Downtown. NB Gratiot Ave, and the Crocker and Dickinson bridges are closed to vehicle traffic at approximately 7p. For more info, please call the Mt Clemens DDA at 586-469-4168. White Lake Fireworks

White Lake Fireworks – White Lake Citizens League Fireworks at Dusk. Annual Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks Display on White Lake. Fireworks will be launched from 2 barges located near the southern end of White Lake. Private Event. For more info, visit www.wlcl.org

Monster Mayhem Archery

Monster Mayhem Archery at Independence Oaks (248-625-0877, www.OaklandCountyParks.com)

Have fun shooting at 3D zombies and other monstrous targets during Monster Mayhem. General archery instruction will be provided. All equipment is included. This program is open to all ages and abilities. Each session is limited to 16 participants. Cost is $10/person. To register, call 248-858-0906. Hosted by Oakland County Parks and Recreation.
