Cranbrook Art Museum Juneteenth Free Admission
Cranbrook Art Museum Juneteenth Free Admission – In celebration of the Juneteenth holiday, Cranbrook Art Museum gallery admission will be free for all. Though the upper galleries will be closed for an exhibition changeover, visit the lower level for the permanent exhibitions, “Constellations and Affinities: Selections from the Cranbrook Collection” and “Building Cranbrook: Saarinen in Michigan.” You can also stop by the FIKA Café for a snack and engage in artmaking activities for all ages in the lounge. Canterbury Village Michigan Taco Fest
Canterbury Village Michigan Taco Fest – three dates, five stages of entertainment. Enjoy delicious creations from Michigan’s Top Taco Vendors, plus margaritas, sangria, and over 40 tequilas. Contests for hot pepper eating, taco eating, cutest chihuahua, and more. Live entertainment to include Lucha Libre Wrestling, Mariachi Bands, Salsa Lessons, DJs, etc. Kids can have fun with monster truck rides, mechanical bull riding, and a Kids Zone. 9:30p is Kids Night Out at Troy Gym. a great opportunity for parents to have a night off while their children burn off some energy at the gym. Pack a snack or small dollars/quarters for snack time. Space is limited, pre-enroll is preferred. $20 per child. More info at troygym.com.

Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM.
