are low-cost. Pets must either be leashed or brought in a carrier to the events. No appointments are needed to get your pet vaccinated, obtain preventative care, receive microchipping and/or purchase a dog license. Vaccinations, heartworm tests, flea prevention and dewormer are available. For pet safety, bring dogs on a short leash with a snug collar and cats in a carrier. There are no residency requirements. Rochester Hills Festival of the Hills Fireworks – at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment, and the fireworks kicking off at 10:06pm. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM.
