Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery. Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play
Troy Community Center Toddler Open Play at the Fitness Center – (248-524-3484). Free for fitness members
or purchase a Day Pass. New opportunity for the youngest patrons to work on gross motor and socialization skills, while burning off energy in the cold-weather months. The gym will have a variety of age appropriate toys to ride, push, or explore. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an individual aged 16 or older. Drop-in, no advance registration required. Free for fitness members, or purchase a day pass. Children under 3 are free. Fitness Center pass and membership info. Hosted by Troy Recreation.

Detroit VegFest – The state’s largest plant-based event returns to Eastern Market for a second year with nearly 100 vendors, including popular plant-based restaurants, specialty food items, and eco-friendly shopping. Troy Buy Nothing Give Event – at Troy Community Center (248-524-3484). The four Troy Buy Nothing communities are coming
together for the 2nd annual City-wide giving event at the Troy Community Center. Think: giant yard sale, except everything is free. Come find items you need or plan to bring items you wish to give.
