RARA Trunk or Treat – at Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA). Decorate your vehicle for a family friendly trunk or treat at RARA, rain or shine. Pass out candy (you supply) as trick or treaters travel around. Prizes for vehicles. Trunk or treating will be 7pm to 8pm. Cider and donuts will be provided towards the end for all attendees. Detroit Halloween Bash – Food and drink will be available for purchase. There will be music, a dog costume parade at 6p, pick up a free trick-or-treat bag for your pet, raffle baskets, a 50/50 drawing and more.
