Novi Dogs Only Swim – Doggie Dive-In at Lakeshore Park Beach. Play around with your pooch in beautiful Walled Lake or on the shore of Lakeshore Beach. Must be a current member of the Novi Dog Park to participate. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the beach during this event. Price is $5 per dog. Pre-registration required. Rochester Hills Carnival – Lions Club Annual Leader Dogs Spring Carnival info. The Rochester Hills Carnival will be held at Hampton Village Center (The Target / Best Buy) parking lot on NE Corner of Rochester Rd and Auburn Rd. This carnival had previously occupied the old KMart parking lot on Rochester Rd and Avon Rd.
