Sloan Museum Galentine’s Party – 810-237-3450, sloanlongway.org. Pamper and spoil yourself and your besties with shopping, karaoke and more. All four museum galleries will be open to event attendees until 8p. A cash bar and the Coffee Beanery Cafe will also be open for food and beverage purchases during the event. Lake Orion Easter Egg Hunt at Children’s Park – S Broadway St, Downtown Lake Orion. Children ages 10 and under are invited to hunt for eggs at Children’s Park on S Broadway. Immediately following, everyone is invited for pizza and pop across the street at the American Legion Hall, 164 S Broadway. This is a FREE, rain or shine event hosted by the Lake Orion American Legion Post 233.
Campus Martius Tree Lighting – Following the tree lighting Campus Martius Park Ice-Skating season begins! Enjoy holiday food and beverage offerings, carriage rides, visits with Santa, holiday shopping, and much more. This is a FREE event to attend. For more info, downtowndetroitparks.com

Campus Martius Park Carriage Rides
Campus Martius Park Carriage Rides take place during the holiday season on Fridays & Saturdays from November 18 through December 30. See Downtown Detroit at Christmastime like you never have before – from inside an enchanted horse drawn carriage. Carriage rides take off from the Woodward Esplanade, directly south of Campus Martius Park. Rides are $10 per person and last about 15 to 20 minutes. On site only.
