Dearborn Historical Museum Teddy Bear Picnic – Activities include games, crafts, parade, bear first aid, and more. Contest for the largest bear, fuzziest bear, best dressed bear, most look-alike bear. FREE A & W root beer and popcorn. $3 per child. Hosted by the Dearborn Historical Museum. Sensory Santa at Oakland Mall – Individuals with all spectrums of special needs and their families are invited to a private photo session where extra care is taken to support the sensory, physical and other developmental needs to make this a magical holiday experience. There is no admission charge. Photo packages will be available for purchase for the event. Pre-registration is required and can be booked online.
Oakland Mall Pet Photos with Santa – Enter through the main entrance near the food court. All pets must be in a carrier OR on a 6ft leash. Pets are not allowed in stores. Owners are responsible for being in control of their pets at all times. Pre-registration required.
BubBalloonaChicks Bubble Show Magic – Bubble and balloon artistry. BubBalloonaChicks will transport you into the magical world of mega bubbles, billions of bubbles, amoeba shaped bubbles and other bubble tricks. Troy Stage Nature Center “EGG”stravaganza – 4 timeslots to choose from. Families will take a short spring hike on their own and not with a guided group. At stops along the way, participate in egg games and activities. $14 per child. For more info, visit troynaturesociety.org.
Sylvan Lake Easter Egg Hunt – To participate please donate a dozen plastic eggs and candy to Sylvan Lake City Hall by 4/6/23. There will be multiple hunts based on age groups. Get your child’s picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Hosted by Sylvan Lake Recreation.
