Novi Dogs Only Swim – Doggie Dive-In at Lakeshore Park Beach. Play around with your pooch in beautiful Walled Lake or on the shore of Lakeshore Beach. Must be a current member of the Novi Dog Park to participate. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the beach during this event. Price is $5 per dog. Pre-registration required. Loving Earth, Loving All – Earth Day Celebration – The event will offer free native flower seedlings, local seeds, information on invasive species, what to plant, pollinators, a tour of the ‘deer resistant’ garden, activities for youth, and more. To learn more about the event email office@
Puppy Yoga Class – Yoga6 is partnering with Leader Dogs for the Blind and hosting a Flow For A Cause Puppy Yoga Class outdoors. This $30 suggested, donation-based class will support the training of dogs and programs to assist blind and visually impaired individuals. Boo Fest at Green Oak Village Place Shopping Center – Boo Fest is FREE to attend and welcomes witches, werewolves, goblins and ghouls of all ages. Costumes are encouraged and visitors will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat at participating stores. Hosted by Green Oak Village Place.
Wag-O-Ween – Get your pup dressed up and ready for Halloween at the dog costume contest! Three weight category contests where winners will be chosen in each weight category. Limited to the first 40 dogs registered in each weight category. Enjoy the complimentary photo booth. Hosted by The Mall at Partridge Creek.
Brickworld Detroit LEGO Expo – Brickworld Detroit takes place Saturday from 10a-6p and Sunday from 10a-5p at Macomb Community College.
Brickworld is excited to be bringing their premiere LEGO display and exposition to Michigan.
On Saturday and Sunday of the event, the displayers will put their creations on display in 30,000 square feet of space for the public to enjoy.
