Mwindo – Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit presents MWINDO, a central African folktale full of trials and tribulations, heroic beings, fantastical creaters and puppets developed by Detroit Puppet Company in collaboration with Mosaic’s young artists. Guests that arrive 45 minutes before showtime for a special make-and-take puppet workshop. This is a FREE event.
Hazel Park Art Fair – Saturday from 11a-7p & Sunday from 11a-5p. Enjoy more than 100 artists and vendors of all mediums, live music, aerial performances from Shadow’s Circus & the D3 Circus Troupep, food vendors, beer tent, and more. This is a FREE event. Detroit Halloween Bash – Food and drink will be available for purchase. There will be music, a dog costume parade at 6p, pick up a free trick-or-treat bag for your pet, raffle baskets, a 50/50 drawing and more.
