Troy Community Center New Year’s Eve Family Fun – Close out 2022 with an inexpensive night out at TCC. Enjoy basketball, swimming, and more. Each child will receive a New Year’s goodie bag to take home (while supplies last). FEES: $6 Resident, $8 Non-Resident per person. All ages event. No registration required, pay at the door. Easter Hoops Basketball Game & Egg Hunt – Egg Hunt at 1:15p. Elementary Championship basketball game PLUS Easter Egg Hunt. Hunt starts at the PHS Football Field immediately following the game. The Easter Bunny will be present. Hosted by the City of Pontiac Recreation Department.
Pontiac’s Annual Community Autism Event – This is a FREE event. Donations are accepted. The event will consist of over 15 different activity stations for the children to make, create and play however they’d like. Hockey Mentors for Special Olympians – Hockey Mentors offers an afternoon of free hockey and ice skating for individuals with any type of special needs, whether that is cognitive, physical or emotional, their family and caregivers. The family friendly event, taking place in two of the Troy Sports Center rinks, includes skate rental, hockey equipment, lunch, t-shirt for those skating and a jersey for guests trying out hockey.
