Wint Nature Center Puddle Jumper Series – at Wint Nature Center at Independence Oaks County Park 248-625-6473. Children ages 3-6 can enjoy nature fun as they increase their love for the great outdoors. A naturalist will engage children with a story, nature talk and related activity. Each child will receive a craft kit to take and make at home. This series meets the second Friday of each month. Cost: $4/child. Call 248-858-0916 weekdays to register. Wixom Panther Hunt and Fall Festival – from 5p-8p (registration starts at 4:30p) at Gilbert Willis Park (Chickasaw St, Wixom, MI 48393)
Hunt for the friendly Wixom Panther on the Trick or Treat Trail. Cost includes Halloween tote, trick or treat trail, pony rides, live entertainment, and a pumpkin for each child. Ages 2-10. Wixom Halloween Spooktacular Downtown Treat Hunt – Downtown Wixom
Downtown Wixom Trick or Treating, making crafts, and magician show. The first 200 children will receive a Spooktacular Treat Bag and the first 150 children will pick a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. this is a FREE event. Registration is not required. Hosted by the Downtown Wixom DDA.
Sip n Stroll – Downtown Wixom will be hosting its Sip n Stroll. Enjoy an evening out sipping, shopping, and strolling. Live music, games, special vendors, discounts at businesses, and enter to win prizes.
