Flint Holiday Walk – Christmas event at the Flint Cultural Center campus off E Kearsley Street. Free activities at the Sloan Museum, Long Planetarium, Flint Institute of Arts, Flint Library and many more. Enjoy food trucks, craft shows, puppet show, refreshments, Cosmic Christmas light show, and more. Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:15p by Mr and Mrs Santa Claus. Hosted by FlintCultural.org.
Sloan Museum Galentine’s Party – 810-237-3450, sloanlongway.org. Pamper and spoil yourself and your besties with shopping, karaoke and more. All four museum galleries will be open to event attendees until 8p. A cash bar and the Coffee Beanery Cafe will also be open for food and beverage purchases during the event. Lathrup Village Free Summer Concerts schedule. Lathrup Village hosts FREE concerts on select Wednesday evenings throughout the summer at Municipal Park (located behind Lathrup Village City Hall.
All guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, and picnic meals are welcome. In the event of severe weather, concerts will be relocated to the community room at City Hall. Concerts start at 7p and run to 8:30p.
Lake Orion Summer Concerts – LO Live! Summer concert series at Children’s Park in Downtown Lake Orion on Wednesday and First Friday evenings. Concerts and family fun begins at 6:30p. Children’s Park has recently added terraced seating along Broadway Street.
