Farmington Memorial Day Parade – at the Intersection of Grand River & Orchard Lake Road on Grand River Avenue, between Orchard Lake Road and downtown Farmington. The event ends with a ceremony at Memorial Park at Grand River Avenue & Oakland Street, followed by a free community luncheon hosted at the American Legion. The Parade Committee is looking for volunteers who would like to join the team and help organize and manage the event. Puppy Yoga Class – Yoga6 is partnering with Leader Dogs for the Blind and hosting a Flow For A Cause Puppy Yoga Class outdoors. This $30 suggested, donation-based class will support the training of dogs and programs to assist blind and visually impaired individuals. Cub Scouts Kids Activity Booth – Families can drop-in to try the kinds of activities that Cub Scouts do, all while attending the Farmers Market. There will be a Hot Wheels “Derby” Track, a campsite to explore, Scout Law Putt-Putt, and “Community Helpers Thank You” coloring area. Every youth who visits will receive a prize.
