Highland Kris Kringle Market & Tree Lighting – at 7p (lighting) 5p-9p (Kris Kringle Market) at Veteran’s Park (Livingston and John St). Annual tree-lighting ceremony features caroling, light refreshments, crafts, and a visit from Santa Claus. After Santa arrival, activities take place across the street at 205 W Livingston.
