Village of Franklin Memorial Day Ceremony – A ceremony to honor veterans. “The Franklin Cemetery Association invites you to a day of

remembrance in our beautiful cemetery. Over 258 veterans of wars dating back to the War of 1812 are laid to rest in our historic cemetery. All will be honored. This old-fashioned, patriotic service is filled with music and inspiration for young and old. Franklin Boy Scout Troup #1699, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard, and many other volunteers join to make this a special service”. Guest Speak will be Stephen Bancroft, retired army chaplain. Smoke-Ring Bar-B-Q Food truck will be there for picnicking and refreshments. Please bring your own blanket or lawn chairs.
