Beech Woods Park is not only scenic, but hosts many outdoor Parks & Rec programs including golf programs at the Beech Woods Park driving range, Recreation On The Movie events, and more. The Park features a shelter pavilion that can hold up to 65 people and you can rent for parties and occasions. Near the pavilion is a fantastic, sprawling playground that even has a fun wheelchair accessible component. Also centrally located to the playground & pavilion are well-maintained tennis courts

SOUTHFIELD PARKS AND RECREATION SUMMER CAMPS
Beech Woods Recreation Center hosts the city’s indoor P&R programs in the modern facility. The rec center boasts more than 17,000 square feet of gymnasium space for basketball, volleyball, or tennis as well as modern lockerroom and restroom facilities. Upstairs features bleacher seating to overlook the gym events, rooms for classes or groups, a complete fitness center, and additional administrative offices for the P&R department. The Beech Woods Rec Center is adjacent to the park.
The City of Southfield Municipal Complex has so many amenities that I had no idea a park like Beech Woods was also available.
