Wint Nature Center Spring Star Party – at Wint Nature Center 248-625-6473. Join the Oakland Astronomy Club for a safe, fun, family-friendly night under the stars. Telescope eyepiece sharing is not possible, so instead we’ll share close-up views of the moon using club members’ telescopes, video cameras, and screen monitors. See some great views and learn fun facts about the night sky. Bring a camp chair or blanket to sit on. Suitable for all ages. No on-site registration available. Meet at Moraine Knoll. $4/person. Wint Nature Center Sap to Syrup – A short hike to learn about the history and learn how some sugaring tools are used. Then, sample different grades of maple syrup.
