Indian Springs Mother’s Day Wildflower Walk – (248-625-6640, metroparks.com). Early May is the best time of year to see warblers and other songbirds as they journey through Michigan after spending the winter in the tropics. Bring a burst of color to your Mother’s Day morning by viewing some of these winged jewels as well as many native wildflowers blooming in the park.
