Walk through the beautiful Burgh Historical park and enjoy the sights of Halloween. There will be trick or treating stations throughout the park. Royal Oak Memorial Day Parade – The parade will start at Main Street & Lincoln and will proceed north to Second Street The parade has been held on Memorial Day for several decades as a respectful tribute to our veterans – past and present. Festival of the Hills Fireworks Rochester Hills – NEW DATE, at Borden Park. Oakland County’s largest fireworks show returns to Borden Park in Rochester Hills. The Festival of the Hills at Borden Park starts at 6p with family games, music and live entertainment. Fireworks Hotline – 248-841-BOOM. The Fireworks in Rochester Hills at Festival of the Hills go on rain or shine. MORE INFO
NOTE: Event has been rescheduled for Thursday, July 27 and will have limited activities. The scaled-down event will start at a new time – 8 p.m. – and the only activities will be “The Super Mario Bros Movie” and the live entertainment on stage starting at 8 p.m. There will still be a limited number of food vendors on site.
Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry.
