Troy Family Daze Carnival, Fireworks, and Touch a Truck – Troy Family Daze returns this September to the Troy Civic Center with a free shuttle service going to and from the event offered at Motor City Church. Troy Family Daze 2022 will take place behind Troy City Hall at the Troy Civic Center (500 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084) with FREE parking and shuttles to and from the event at Motor City Church (3668 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083). Fireworks close out Saturday night’s festivities. PLUS, Touch a Truck fun at the annual Troy Family Daze carnival and celebration.

Barkin’ In The Park at Gilbert Willis P (248-624-2850). Hosted by Wixom Parks & Rec. Food, dog walking trail fun pet vendors, K9 show, talent show, and more. A pet photographer will be on hand All pets must be on a leash. This is a FREE event to attend.
Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest at MSU Tollgate Farm. Take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick your perfect pumpkin. Many events FREE, some with small fees. Food, music, farm animals, educational exhibits, and children’s activities all make for a fun fall outing for all ages. $5 per person, 3 and under FREE. Wag-O-Ween – Get your pup dressed up and ready for Halloween at the dog costume contest! Three weight category contests where winners will be chosen in each weight category. Limited to the first 40 dogs registered in each weight category. Enjoy the complimentary photo booth. Hosted by The Mall at Partridge Creek.
Troy Daisy Knight Dog Park Halloween Events – Howl-O-Ween – Bring your costumed dog to the puppy patch to play and show off their costume. Photo spot, treats, and dog park access included. Register by 10/27. $5 Dog Park Member / $8 Resident / $11 Non Resident. Half-hour time slots scheduled by dog weight. Pre-registration required. Registration link.
Detroit Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party – Owners are encouraged to dress their pets to impress for a chance to win a prize in one of these categories: Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Most Creative Costume, and the Best Pet & Parent combination. The annual event will also feature Halloween Themed games and gifts for dogs as well as treats for their parents and DJ spinning tracks. Hosted by the Downtown Detroit Partnership.
