Walk through the beautiful Burgh Historical park and enjoy the sights of Halloween. There will be trick or treating stations throughout the park. Southfield Halloween Trunk or Treat – Instead of going door-to-door, kids will go from car-to-car, stopping to get treats out of the trunks of vehicles. Dress in your best costume, decorate your trunk, and give out delicious treats. Prizes will be rewarded for the best trunk and the best costume. White Lake Winter Carnival – WLCL – at White Lake Inn (248-887-1818). Hosted by the White Lake Citizens League Winter Carnival. The annual winter festival has fireworks, a broomball tournament, kids activities, and more. More info…schedule of events.
Spencer Park Bass Tournament – The Park Bass Tournament is open to ALL AGES and SKILL LEVELS. All fishing is done from shore and there will be prizes for the most bass caught and also for the largest bass. Tournament participation is $5. Participants receive free park vehicle entry. Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest at MSU Tollgate Farm. Take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch to pick your perfect pumpkin. Many events FREE, some with small fees. Food, music, farm animals, educational exhibits, and children’s activities all make for a fun fall outing for all ages. $5 per person, 3 and under FREE.
