Children of all ages are invited to experience “Toyland” at Beacon Park with larger-than-life light features, including a Choo-Choo Train, Giant Teddy Bear and other photo moments. These new and returning interactive lighting features, totaling more than 125,000 twinkling LED lights will illuminate Beacon Park. Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt
Duck Lake Pines Park Egg Hunt – a Huron Valley Egg Hunt. Join the Easter Bunny for photos, face painting, goodie bags and more Easter fun. Bring your camera. West Bloomfield Earth Day Celebration – Come explore the Outdoor Natural Play Area and celebrate our
Earth with many activities including: Craft, live animals, free tree seedlings (while supplies last), guided nature hike, vendors, and more. This is a FREE event or $5/person if you partake in the Guided Hike. Proceeds benefit the Nature Room. This program will be indoors and outdoors so please dress for weather. Three ceremonies conducted by Highland VFW Post 9914. NOTE – Ceremonies are very brief. Those planning on attending should arrive at the locations well before the scheduled start times. 8a at Highland Cemetery, 8:30a at Highland Veterans Memorial Park, and 9a at West Highland Cemetery.
