Movie Nights in the D at Campus Martius Park – Enjoy award-winning films on the big screen at Campus Martius Park during the DDP’s free outdoor movie series. Bring your own chair or blanket for a relaxing summer evening set in the heart of the city. Popcorn is available for purchase.

Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night
Berkley Summer Outdoor Movie Night – Berkley, Michigan Parks and Rec is holding Free Summer Outdoor Movie Night at Community Park (next to the Berkley Community Center). They are also hosting another outdoor movie on the Berkley Community Center Lawn. The movies start at dusk but the fun starts at 6p. Often there is plenty of entertainment for the kids at these events. Often there have been inflatables and concessions stands before the movie starts. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy! This movie is part of Berkley Parks and Rec’s Summer Fest. Summer Fest a series of fun events for people of all ages that reside in Berkley.

FREE Science Center Traveling Science Kickoff Event
FREE Science Center Traveling Science Kickoff Event at Michigan Science Center. The annual free event
takes place outside of Mi-Sci’s main entrance featuring live science demonstrations and hands-on activities. The first 250 people to arrive will receive free admission inside of Mi-Sci for a special day which includes Traveling Science activities. Registration required. Pre-register here. Berkley Touch-A-Truck Event
Berkley Touch-A-Truck Event– Berkley Public Works Interactive Touch-A-Truck at Berkley Community Center. Kids and adults can
explore and learn more about the variety of Public Works, fire, and police trucks and equipment used. This hands-on experience will also feature opportunities to paint a plow and name the Public Works trucks for the upcoming year, with coloring pages and yard games onsite to entertain kids of any age.
